Lifetime breeder support by phone or email is part of the bundle as well.

Health is our top priority. Breeding parents undergo annual veterinary exams, up-to-date vaccinations, and extensive screens for genetic and infectious diseases before any pairing is approved. Kittens are raised in a sanitized, smoke-free home and receive regular wellness checks beginning at two weeks of age. We follow the American Association of Feline Practitioners vaccination schedule and partner with a licensed veterinarian for parasite prevention. Each kitten leaves with a negative fecal test and written health certificate.

Kittens need adequate time with their mother and littermates to develop strong immune systems and social skills. For that reason, Diamond Dollz kittens are typically ready to go home between twelve and fourteen weeks of age. By this point they have completed two sets of vaccinations, are litter-box trained, eating solid food confidently, and have passed their pre-departure veterinary exam. We will schedule a pick-up or delivery date that best supports a smooth transition.

We proudly place kittens throughout the United States. If you are outside Arizona, we can coordinate safe, USDA-compliant transportation. Options include personal pick-up at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, a trusted flight nanny who accompanies your kitten in the cabin, or professional ground transport to major cities. Shipping fees vary based on distance and carrier availability, and are always discussed upfront. Regardless of method, kittens travel with health certificates, copies of vaccination records, and comfort items.

We welcome scheduled visits for approved applicants because we believe meeting the kittens and their parents helps you feel confident in your choice. For bio-security, appointments are limited to small groups and require fresh clothing and sanitized hands upon arrival. Children are welcome under close supervision. If you cannot visit in person, we offer live video tours so you can see the nursery, observe kitten behavior, and ask questions in real time.

To reserve a kitten, we require a non-refundable $500 holding fee that is applied to the final purchase price. Should your ideal match not appear in the current litter, the reservation can roll over to a future litter within twelve months at no additional cost.

Although we stand behind every kitten we raise, unexpected medical events can occur. For added peace of mind, we provide 30 days of complimentary pet insurance through Trupanion when your kitten leaves our cattery. Activating the policy is simple and requires no upfront payment from you. Continued coverage beyond the introductory period is voluntary but highly recommended to safeguard against unforeseen veterinary expenses throughout your cat’s lifetime.
